Our rods come in two diameters: 1 16 inch and 1 8 inch. 1 16 inch diameter rods are typically used with the 1 4 inch and 3 8 inch dowels. 1 8 inch diameter rods are typically used for 1 2 inch and 3 4 inch dowels. Our rod kits come in three different configurations: 1 8 inch Rod Kit: 3 x 6 inch segments of 1 8
